Beauty From within
Gelatin is rich in collagen, a key protein that helps support skin elasticity, hydration, and firmness from the inside out. Regular consumption can promote healthier skin, hair, and nails.
Gelatin contains glycine and proline, which are essential for maintaining strong cartilage and joint flexibility. It may help reduce joint pain and stiffness, especially in active or aging individuals.
Bone & Joint Health
The amino acids in gelatin help stimulate collagen production, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. It also combats oxidative stress, supporting youthful skin and overall vitality.
As a source of protein and key amino acids, gelatin supports muscle repair and recovery after exercise. It also promotes tendon and ligament health, aiding in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
